Casa Matiki - Lavender Apt. 7

The two Lavanda Apartments have been recently restored in the typical Istrian style, respecting the original structure and features of the building. The holiday apartments are well furnished with modern amenities to make all the rooms cozy and refined. Each apartment has its own color tone. A private garden terrace is equipped with sunbathing beds. The space Casa Matiki is a most tastefully restored beautiful Istrian stone stancija set in a rural, yet central location with gardens of flowers and olive trees. A place to relax where guests become friends! It is an old Istrian farmhouse built in 1835 and renovated by Sonja, the innkeeper, in 1994, using traditional Istrian style architecture, making it one of the first Bed and Breakfasts in Istria built after the reestablishment of the Croatian State. Sonja has since then transfigured the old farmhouse property into a community very much alive and active, with donkeys, and chickens, on an outlying farm, and her three dogs, Paco, Obama, and Tiffany. Character and attention to detail is all around you. La Casa di Matiki offers her guests a very tranquil and relaxing stay in one of eight apartments and the breakfast for an additional €15,00/adult and €7,50/child. Home made bread, cakes, marmalades and eggs from our chickens are a specialty and will set you up for the day. Every apartment is equipped with a kitchen to enable all guests to cook! About Lavender Apartment Lavender Apartment is a newly built house offering 4-5 guests an apartment including Kitchen, Bathroom, Loft for kids, Master Bedroom, Living room, and personal terrace with eating area. Guest access Guests are invited to use the common room in the main building for reading, relaxing, and interacting with the others guests. You will also have access to the pool and surrounding areas. Other things to note Please let us know if you have any animals with you, depending on the number of guests and the season, we will agree together on their stay at Casa Matiki! Since we take our Breakfast seriously, it is not included in your stay and our supplies depend on the number of guests, so please book it for the next day!
