The space Groundfloor: On the ground floor we have a spacious living room with a large dining table, sofa, tv and wifi, open kitchen (very well equipped), large playroom for the little ones, hall with toilet, garden (approx. 100m2) with play facilities and (gas)barbecue. Laundry room (washing machine and dryer) in the garage, available upon request as the space is closed for some of our private stuff. First floor: Bathroom with 2nd toilet, (rain)shower and 4 bedrooms: - Room 1: 2 single beds, 90x200 (so called trundle-bed). We can put an (extra) mattress in the room - Room 2: 2 kids bed, 90x200 (put next to each other). We can put an (extra) mattress in the room - Room 3: 1 midsize double bed, 160x200 - Room 4: 1 large double bed, 180x210 *Extra baby (camping) bed upon request Guest access The garage is private area and closed off during your visit, upon request the washing machine and dryer can be made available for use. There is washing powder which you can use. Other things to note Depending on the composition of your travel group extra guest(s) could be accommodated (upon the discretion of host), each extra guest costs EUR 25 per night. Pets are not allowed.
