Villa Conchiglia is an independent house inside the Village of Torre Saracena, 1300mt from the sea (S. Andrea) and 2 km from the white beach of Torre dell'Orso. Turquoise water, white beach, relax and nature are waiting for You! We include the bedsheets in the rate but not the towel set (extra €8 p/p to be communicated at the time of booking). The municipal tourist tax is €1 per person per night and will be collected in cash at check-in. The space The villa is recently renovated and fully furnished with a fresh boho-beach style. It's about 70 square meters big. It has a living room with sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons, kitchen with microwave, a second room with single or double bed and library, master bedroom in the garden, 2 bathrooms, garden in the front and in the back. Guest access Every area of the house is open. In the high season we prefer to host for a minimum stay of 6-7 nights, but we are open to discuss with you and find a solution that will make you happy!
