Nestled in the second floor of our property, our charming apartment is one of three units that offer a private and serene experience. Just around 1 km from the center of Skradin, a 20-25 minute walk, our apartment is conveniently located for exploring the stunning Krka National Park. Skradin is a picturesque town steeped in history and tradition, with activities like hiking, cycling, and local restaurants to enjoy. The space Our apartment boasts a stunning shared terrace, where you can indulge in a sumptuous outdoor dining experience for up to 6 guests while relishing the captivating scenery around you. As you step inside, you will be greeted by a hallway leading to a tea kitchen that is fully equipped with all the basic essential kitchen appliances you will need during your stay. Moving on the first bedroom has a single bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, ideal for couples. Both bedrooms have storage space to keep your belongings organized and within easy reach. The apartment also features a bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine, making it ideal for extended stays. Moving up the stairs the apartment has a living area that doubles up as a third bedroom, with two single beds and air conditioning, ensuring that you have a comfortable and cozy space to relax in after a day of exploring the area. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the summer kitchen next to the wine cellar as desired. We have two garages: the first one is located further up by the road, about 50 meters away from the house, and can accommodate 2 cars or a small boat; he second garage is located within the residential complex and can accommodate 1 car.
