Beautiful Beach Front Private Property offers large garden, patio, 3 fully air-conditioned Bedrooms (Master's & 2 connecting bedrooms in the 2nd floor loft, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living and dining area with air cooler. Enjoy Panoramic Beach House amazing sunset view, & relaxing hammocks Island hopping, boat rides & other local tour activities are available in Gasan and Marinduque island. This reservation can accommodate 1 to 12 people. Digital Piano and Mahjong are available. The space All the 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The first bedroom is at the ground floor. There's spiral stair going up to the second floor loft. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the loft with improvised divider only. A full bathroom is located inside the house while the second bathroom is accessible from outside the house. The spacious patio can be used for group meals overlooking the beach, enjoying fresh air, surrounding islands, boats passing by and amazing sunset. The scenic view of Panoramic Beach House is incomparable. The 3 overlooking islands of Gasan, namely: Gaspar, Melchor, and Baltazar became the landmark of Gasan’s best Island hopping where you can experience swimming in blue sea with different caves to stay on. Panoramic Beach House has a green grass garden of its own which adds more enjoyable moments for the children to play, do grill / ihaw ihaw or barbecue and hammocks for relaxing moments. What counts most is this private property can be an event place for whatever occasion the guests would like to have. We love pets, however, pets are not allowed in the property. Only few homes have piano and mahjong but Panoramic have those. It also have lots of tables and chairs for drinking, eating and playing cards, etc. Guest access 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, entire Beach House, backyard, living room, dining, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony facing the sea, patio, hammocks, mahjong are all available for guests to enjoy. The large garden is great for group gathering, picnic and picture taking. Other things to note Available to hire upon request for additional cash payments: - Hire a cook/server to go shopping for you at the local market and cook for you - Hire a boat/boatmen to take you island hopping - Hire a kalesa (horse-drawn) for a joy ride around town - Karaoke for rent - Ask your Host if you have anymore service or activities request!
