A peaceful, unique treehouse in historic Riverside. This charming treehouse is a small bedroom space built up high with a wrap-around deck and adjacent spacious private bathhouse. The bedroom is perfect for one person with twin stacked beds -can be unstacked to accommodate two for sleeping. There is a treehouse library, The outdoor kitchenette underneath has sink, dishes, stovetop, table, small fridge, espresso maker & coffee. Private guest entrance & driveway. Perfect for a creative soul. The space The treehouse and adjoining bathhouse and kitchenette underneath are yours* and sit apart from the main house. We accept deliveries of groceries and/or liquor on your behalf and will have waiting it your space for you when you arrive. We speak English, French and Spanish. *Please note: The space is for registered guests only. Guests of guests are not permitted under any circumstances. The space may not be used for business purposes, (ie. photo, film shoot, meetings.) Guest access Guests have access to their own private parking and entrance, the treehouse, bathhouse and kitchenette with table and chairs. Are you an artist? Would you like to have a reading of your current book, a show of you latest work in progress? A solo performance?There are extra amenities available upon request for a fee: - Outdoor performance space & seating for up to 20. -Small p/a (for musicians) rates start at $100 and may fluctuate depending on your requirements for time/accommodations. Other things to note The Tree House, its adjacent bathhouse*, and kitchenette underneath are charming, but may not be for everyone. *The bathhouse and kitchenette are covered and semi-enclosed outdoor facilities in Florida.
