We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls. The space The studio is upstairs over our garage. There is an extra space that can be used for an office/workspace, it has it's own entrance but is located downstairs on the back part of our home. We are within walking distance of the beautiful Trinity River. 15 minutes from Lewiston Reservoir and 20 minutes from Trinity Lake. We have special creatures to pet and watch their playfulness. Guest access The studio is upstairs over the garage with its own access & the workspace is located on the first floor with a private entrance too.
