The space This is a basement apartment and requires going up and down a staircase (pictured)..It does have a private entrance..The Basement has a full size window and full height ceilings which allows fresh air into the whole apartment... Guest access Guests can use the 140 ft covered veranda with seating and tables..It overlooks the Pecos river Valley.
