The Airbnb is on the basement floor of a single family house and it's an in-law suite. It is 1,600 square feet that includes a private entrance with smart/keyless entry. It includes a full kitchen, living room, office, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. It's renovated and has high end appliances. The living room has a TV and each bedroom has a TV in them as well. The space The house has smart locks. I have a streaming service for the TV service which has an application with free movies and every channel in the world although only the US is unlocked by default. I also have Xfinity for internet with a high speed 1 gigabyte download speed. I also provide an ethernet hard wired and wireless access. If this was a hotel it would be considered five star. Guest access You will have access to the In-Law Suite that consist of a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 full bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer as listed. It also has private parking in the back and private entrance. Other things to note Private parking and entrance at the back of the home. Keyless entry via an access code for smart lock.
