You can enjoy the streets full of history and experience in the center, and you can experience the local culture that still continues in these streets. Nightlife, restaurants, sightseeing boats and public transportation are within a 5-minute walk. We are waiting for you to enjoy the magnificent sea/nature view and sunset from the terrace. The space It is in a peaceful and quiet location where you can experience the historical texture of Ayvalık. You will not be able to get enough of the magnificent sea, nature and Ayvalık views from the terrace. Our holiday home, which is open in summer and winter, has 3 air conditioners (1 on each floor) that provide heating and cooling. Guest access It is rented as an entire house. The house is a 4 storey house including entrance and terrace. The ground floor is approximately 20 m2, there is a living room, an open kitchen and a small toilet. On the 2nd floor there is a 2-bed bedroom and a large bathroom, and on the 3rd floor there is a double bed, a master bathroom, a balcony and a terrace exit. All our rooms have air-conditioning units for heating and cooling. From our terrace on the top floor, you can enjoy the sea and nature city views of Ayvalık. Our bathrooms have all the basic necessities such as fresh towels, shower gels, shampoo, soap , toilet paper. Other things to note Since our house is a three-story+terraced house, narrow/irregular stairs and terrace stairs are not suitable especially for young children and elderly people. It is located in an old and beautiful neighborhood with narrow streets and adjacent houses where locals and families live. Our guests should be very careful about listening to loud music, having parties, making noise, etc. No smoking inside the house.
