Included is a private hot tub at the property, private garden and off road parking plus a wood burning stove (central heating is provided) and a short stroll to the Cascades leisure club, where our guests have unlimited use of the facilities during their stay, including, indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi, plus a fully kitted out gymnasium! Cascades leisure club is available for guests and members to use.Cascades spa (not available first 2 weeks in Jan) Other things to note Strictly no group bookings, we cater for families/couples only main guest over 25 yrs of age. 4 adults maximum. sleeps 6 (up to 4 adults, 2 children) Cascades leisure club is not available first 2 weeks in January, Hot tub at the property is available all year round. EV charging is not permitted, charging stations are available in Booths car park Ulverston. up to 2 pets welcome @ £30.00 per dog, pets must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings at any time please. Breed exclusions apply, please ask prior to booking. we provide a Weber outdoor BBQ for our guests from Easter until October, please bring charcoal and lighters if you wish to use the BBQ. We have recently installed a gate to secure your dogs :) please note the raised garden area is raised (approx 4') from the drive, large breeds may be able to jump down on to the drive, which is not secured for pets!
