The Dolan House was built in 1883 - 5 years after the Lincoln County War. Very few changes have been made to the house since it was built. The room you will be staying in was Jimmy Dolan's office. We only have the one room with a queen size bed. The bathroom is a short distance from the bedroom. We provide a hardy breakfast in the morning and are happy to tell you stories about Billy the Kid, Lincoln, Jimmy Dolan and the Lincoln County War. We welcome all backgrounds in our historic home. The space We are located in the middle of Old Lincoln. There are seven historic buildings which are owned by the State of New Mexico and are museums. All are within walking distance of our house. The museums are open daily, however they are currently closed because of COVID. There is a walking trail along the Rio Bonito behind the Tunstall Store. Guest access Guests have access to the dining room which is next to your room and has two large tables. We have high speed internet service. There is a small refrigerator which looks like an old time safe full of sodas for your use. Also if you need to use the refrigerator to store some items you are welcome. During your stay We are here to answer any questions our guests might have. We have a lot of information on the history of the Lincoln County War, Billy the Kid and Jimmy Dolan and his family.
