Our home is open to solo travellers, students, teachers and young professionals who need to do business in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) area for a few days, without having to pay a steep price for a condo. Our place is a good walking distance to the De La Salle University Rufino Campus BGC (4 minutes), the University of the Philippines BGC Henry Sy Hall (11 minutes), Treston International College (11 minutes), Market!Market! (12 minutes) and Uptown Mall (10 minutes). The space We offer air-conditioned rooms right smack in BGC in a gated subdivision with 24/7 security. We just want our home to be your second home when you have official business in the area. We provide welcome coffee and bread, and WIFI is free for all guests. Other things to note This being a residential area in BGC, parking space is limited to the residents. Special consideration may be given, with advance notice, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Right now, half of the house is under construction but mainly restoration and re-tiling of outside bathrooms so noise and dust won't be an issue. However, the common areas may be limited to a small area to prepare quick meals using a microwave and a kettle for boiling water for coffee.
