A lovely one bedroom apartment in the scenic village of Latschach in south-western Austria, also called “Drei Lander Ecke” (“the corner of three lands”) referring to the nearness of the Slovenian and Italian borders. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! The space The apartment itself is very bright and cosy. It’s on the 3rd floor of the building, with a spacious terrace overlooking the neat little garden.The flat is 50 square meters big and consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom (with a shower), toilet and a kitchen-dining area. It offers ample storage. It can host 2 to 3 people (there's one twin bed and a sofa). An extra bed is available on request for up to four people (more practical for children). The kitchen is very well equipped: it has an electric cooker, a microwave, a fridge, coffee machine, oven, grill, toaster and all sorts of cutlery and cooking utensils. There’s free wifi (not high speed) in the apartment and it’s equipped with adjustable heating and TV machine with hdmi connection but unfortunately there is no TV channels. Guest access There’s a lift in the building, as well as a common storage room for ski equipments and bicycles. There are also sauna and solarium facilities in the building. The apartment comes with a free parking place in front of the building.
