The space Freshly renovated 2 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Bedroom 1 has a king bed which can be split into 2 long single beds depending on what you require. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Both with crisp white linen. Styled with paintings of Melbourne throughout the apartment. Small balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or your morning cuppa. The bathroom has a large shower along with the extra essentials such as hairdryer, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, cotton buds, tissues and facial pads. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and cooking utensils along with microwave, fridge, oven and stove. A electric fry pan and sandwich toaster also available. Although there is no coffee machine, we provide a coffee percolator & plunger for those that don't like instant coffee. There is plenty of coffee places (eg Mr Foxx) all within walking distance. (House manual has a long list of places to eat, all within walking distance) Free WIFI within the apartment along with Netflix. Enjoy a game of Monopoly & for the kids there is plenty of games. If you wish to do some washing, there is a brand new AEG washing machine and condenser dryer available within the apartment along with laundry powder. If you wish to use the common clothes linen you can however we provide a clothes rack for your convenience, along with a iron and ironing board. High chair, porta cot and foldable bath for the young ones. Allocated parking is available along with free street parking. There is a safe if you wish to store any value items such as passport, jewellery that you may not like to wear for the day, a code will be provided. The apartment is located a 5 min walk to "Gardiner" train station & although we are about 300 metres from tram stop #72 on Malvern Road, it is a very quiet apartment.
