Gauriben's Homestay!

This homestay is a part of Hum Sab Ek hain (We are One) initiative of SEWA. Our homestay offers you the incredible experience of village life in the ancient village of Bakutra. The White desert of Rann of Kutch is just 200kms away from our home. There is one room with 3 beds and an attached bath. It is perfect for a small group of explorers who prefer a peaceful environment, away from the bustling city. It’s an environment friendly home with solar lights in the rooms. The space Located in the ancient village of Bakutra in Gujarat. The room is spacious, well-lit and ventilated. There is a verandah outside where you and sit and enjoy the village life passing you by. We live in a separate house which is adjoining this room. There is a non-attached bathroom adjacent to your room. Enjoy authentic Gujarati cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are basic utensils and supplies in the kitchen to make tea/coffee. The house is surrounded with lush green trees and traditional chairs and beds can be used to sit and unwind. Guest access You will have your separate set of keys to access the home. You can also have access to the verandah. The kitchen in the house has a small refrigerator where you can store your food. There are basic utensils &and supplies for you to make your tea/coffee. During your stay We stay next door and are available for you at request. You can see and participate in the day to day activities. You can see how the women take care of the household chores and their livelihood. You can also sit and talk with us and share stories. We will be happy to share our stories too! We can share the significance and history of Radhanpur and its Nawabi tradition, the attractions in the neighbourhood, the local communities and their traditions.
