Miami style villa all located in northeast Pennsylvania in the pocono area. Want to go skiing Camelback mountain and Blue Mountain are nearby. Shopping is your desire, the outlet mall is just a short drive away. A wine connoisseur? Multiple vineyards are close by. The main home is where you will be staying. You will have the indoor space all to yourself. The exterior spaces of the property are shared. Pool schedule: Memorial Day weekend until Last day of September The space The house is nestled on a hill on 36 acres of land with its own tennis court, pool, and hiking trail. All areas of the property are accessible to guests with the exception of the multiple garages which are used to house equipment for the property and the pool house which is where I reside. Pool is outdoors and will open last week of May and close end of September. I am a pilot and will be on the road. If I am not in the air I will be available to answer any questions you may have. I live on property in the small pool house structure by the pool. The main home is yours and the outdoor area outside is considered a shared space. You’re only sharing the exterior amenities with myself when I am home. Some of the nearby attractions include Camelback Ski resort, Blue mountain Ski Resort, Kalahari Water Park, Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Outlets at the Crossings, Historic City of Jim Thorpe, and much more. A tablet has been provided in the property as a property guide book. Please utilize it to explore the multiple activities in the area. Guest access All areas of the property are accessible to guests with the exception of the multiple garages which are used to house equipment for the property. The main home is yours to use but the exterior areas are shared between you and myself when I am home. I reside in the pool house by the pool and will be available to answer any questions or give suggestions for things to do in the area when I am home. Occasionally, groundskeepers will be around to maintain the pool and landscaping. Pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend until last day of September. Other things to note Yes pets are allowed. There is no fee upfront, if they damage anything you will be charged for the damaged items. Please make sure to pick up after your animals as we do not want to attract other wild animals to the property as well. EV charging is available at the home. A Tesla charger is installed by the garages at the main home for use with Tesla vehicles.
