"Pesci" is Italian for "fishes"...and you will see plenty of them, both as a design element throughout the house and directly in the crystal clear water under your windows! "Ai Pesci“ is a small lovely guesthouse with three separated rooms, located in the best spot in Riomaggiore, at the very edge of the town directly overlooking the harbor. The house has been completely renovated in the first months of 2017 and now appears in all its Mediterranean charm, paired with a modern twist. The space Room 201 is located on the 2nd floor of the house and consists of a bright, comfortable bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The two beautiful windows face west, directly above the harbor, offering stunning views of the town, the sea and the sunset. As in all our rooms, the comfortable large double bed is outfitted with refreshing cotton bed linen for the summer and Norwegian natural wool blankets should it get a little colder – but the coziest detail are the gentle sounds from the Ligurian sea, which will certainly help you to get great sleep! In the bathroom you’ll find a selection of high quality natural cosmetics. The room is fully equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning, TV, coffee machine, electric kettle and hair dryer. A refrigerator with complimentary water and soft drinks as well as a small selection of coffee, tea and snacks will be at your disposal. Still, all this pales in comparison to the sensation you get when opening the Ligurian blinds in the morning. That first view of the sea, the sun, and the multicolor little houses of Riomaggiore is simply overwhelming and will fill you with joy over and over again. Guest access You will have access to your private room as well as to the common entrance/staircase. Other things to note How to find us! From the train station, go right and walk through the tunnel. Exiting you'll see the main road on the left (this is where you'll come from if you traveled by car), but you need to continue straight ahead and take the stairs that go down another tunnel (there's a sign guiding you to the “Marina”). Walk all the way down to the harbor, then take the path on the left and go up the stairs. After about 50 meters you'll reach a small plaza, where you must turn sharp left. Another few steps and you're at the green entrance door for "Ai Pesci". Be aware that there are quite a few steps to master (as everywhere in the 5 Terre), so if possible avoid big suitcases or organize help if needed!
