This clean, bright and private room in a Garden Villa complex is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Sydney Airport by Uber (20 minutes by public transport) and 30 minutes to Sydney city by public transport. There is free car parking in the allocated Visitor car spaces in the complex. If Visitor car spaces are full, free street parking available. Included is a complimentary continental breakfast, tea and coffee. The space The villa has a charming courtyard space. Herbs grow in the Courtyard and are available for guests to sprinkle on salads or use for cooking. Smoking is allowed in the Courtyard area but not in the house. Guest access Guests can enjoy a tranquil single bedroom close to the bathroom which includes a separate bath for a long hot soak after a big day. All areas of the villa are shared except for the private bedrooms. Please feel free to use the kitchen. During your stay I am around the house at random times and happy to interact with guests while respecting individual needs for privacy. As a Sydneysider, I am happy to share my knowledge of Sydney and the local area. Other things to note It is important to note that being close to the Airport means that there is some aircraft noise but only at a distance.
