This beautifully renovated historic cottage is located on the “Château du Saulce” domain, a former Templar commandery founded in 1216 and taken over by the Order of Malta in the 14th century. The domain is composed of a small castle in the Versailles style with a beautiful park, and independent buildings around a courtyard including several holiday cottages available for rent. The space The cottage is a 17th century stone building in the courtyard of the castle. The fully renovated accommodation offers a vast living room under the ancient timber structure, and two authentic bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed is located in the old dovecote (“Colombier”), the other large bedroom with a double bed is located on the mezzanine overlooking the magnificent timbers. In addition, there are two single beds on the mezzanine. You have access to an outside table reserved for you and barbecue in the shared courtyard. Noisy events are not allowed. You can access a sauna, a ping pong table and additional outdoor games after prior reservation. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available upon request.
