Private House, Cozy and Clean, Great Location

Nice and clean two bedroom one bath, one queen and two twin beds. Living room has couches and smart TV with all the popular apps. Strong WiFi throughout house.Dining room with a full size table and chairs. Open kitchen with all amenities. House has washer and dryer. Large backyard. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Great location, easy access to tart trail, airport and all of downtown. We offer a complementary bottle of local wine for our guests. The space Great location, really close to the tart trail which is a paved bike path that extends through Traverse City and surrounding areas. Also quick access to shopping and food and all that downtown TC has to offer. Guest access In addition to the house, there is a large, mostly fenced in backyard. Also has a screened in porch attached to the back of the house. Other things to note Please respect our home as if we’re your own and please be courteous to the neighbors, they have little children and dogs that often play in their yard. We can only allow a maximum of 4 guests staying at the house, we will cancel the reservation of any quest that brings extra guests without our approval.
