The space All The Vues is a huge, comfortable and stylish holiday home that maintains a tropical feel with ceiling fans, a/c bedrooms and is fully tiled downstairs with polished floorboards upstairs. The house sleeps 10 guests in air-conditioned comfort with king sized beds in most rooms (1 queen) - with ability to split 2 beds - sleeping 8 singles. Portacot (please bring own linen) and high chair available for use Linen,bath,pool towels,hair dryer, shampoo/cond and body wash supplied. House has 3 bathrooms - 3 toilets - 2 kitchens - 2 living and dining spaces - 6 bedrooms - 2 decks and a pool. Car parking available out front off road House features a laundry station with wash/dry facilities - wash powder supplied. The open plan style of the house extends out to huge decks to enjoy tropical dining and relaxing. All TheVues is fully fenced with maintained tropical garden and resort style pool. Not pet friendly sorry Guest access Guest access is via secure gate at side of property. Guests have sole use of the entire house and undercover outdoor deck areas and pool. Ample off-street free parking is available for guests. Other things to note Pricing has been considered to reflect location amenities provided and scaled to guest numbers. Kindly refrain from asking for a price reduction as it devalues the beautiful space that we offer for such a reasonable price. If this property is outside of your budget there are plenty of other options to consider. Prior to confirmation of booking please add all attending guest names to the reservation for Airbnb verification prior to checkin. Or advise of those guests travelling with you friends/family/work colleagues and reason for travel Entire property is NON SMOKING & NO PARTIES NO HENS OR BUCKS and min age is 25 to reserve this house. Your reservation is for the included guests only General noise and music to be kept level so as not to disturb neighbours. No glass in pool area. Be advised pool is shallow not suitable for diving and no use after 10pm. Lights are automatic in the pool area We have a 3 night minimum stay. During Xmas and New Year we have a 5 night minimum stay.
