We opened our 85 sqm single-story, high-ceilinged charming house to our guests in a 450 sqm detached garden. Our house has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with an open concept kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a grocery store and bakery right next to our house. It is within walking distance to the sea and 2 km to Ilıca Beach, 3 km to Paşalimanı, 4 km to Alaçatı and 12 km to Çeşme Bazaar. For public transportation, minibuses to Ilıca, Alaçatı, Çeşme and İzmir pass in front of our house. There are 2 separate single beds, one in one of the bedrooms and one in the other. Thanks to the sofas that can be turned into beds in the living room, a total of 5 people can stay in our house. Our house has its own private parking area, so you will not have parking problems at any time of the day. It is within walking distance to the sea, and Ilıca beach is 2 km away, Paşalimanı is 3 km away, Alaçatı is 4 km away, and Çeşme bazaar is 10 km away. For public transportation, minibuses to Ilıca, Alaçatı, Çeşme and İzmir pass in front of our house. First of all, we attach great importance to the cleanliness of our house. For this reason, we do not enter our house with shoes, including the slippers we wear outside. We kindly ask you to follow this habit as well :) Since our house is decorated with a wonderful high wooden ceiling, we do not smoke inside as a fire precaution. But we offer you a wonderful environment in our garden surrounding our house. It will be very enjoyable with a cup of coffee ;) Regarding your shopping needs, there is a Şok market and a bakery right next to our house. You can reach Migros, Carrefour, Pehlivanoğlu markets in about 1.5-2 minutes by car. We also have a gardener who cleans and maintains our garden. He can help with daily watering and cleaning if you wish.   We have a stone barbecue next to our large wooden table in the front. You can have delicious dinners here and have pleasant moments. You can toast your bread in the morning with the embers from the evening and have a peaceful breakfast with the chirping of birds. We also have a separate seating area and a portable barbecue under the hanging tree in our backyard. You can relax in the hammock under the pine tree in our garden. We designed our kitchen as an open concept so that you do not have to leave the conversation in the living room and on the patio :) You can easily use all the items in the kitchen. Our TV has satellite channels. Our house has a dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and vacuum cleaner. Our beds have quilts, bed linen and pillows. It will be cleaned and ready before your stay. There are 2 sofa beds (which can be turned into beds) in the living room. There are wardrobes in both of our 2 rooms. There are also 2 sofas in the living room which can be converted into a bed, therefore 6 people in total can be accommodated in our house. Our house has a great location where the sea is walking distance from. It is only 2 km to Ilıca beach; Pasalimani, Alacati and Cesme Downtown/Bazaar Street are also 12 km away. For public transportation, there are Ilica, Alacati and Cesme minibuses that pass right in front of our house which would take you to Izmir province. First of all, we attach utmost importance to the cleanliness of our house. For this reason, we don't wear shoes inside our home, including slippers that we use outside. We also have a separate sitting group and a mobile barbecue under the vine tree in our backyard. You can relieve the tiredness of the day on the hammock under the pine tree in our garden. Our open concept kitchen has been specially designed for you not to stay away from pleasant conversations in the living room and patio:) You can easily use all the utensils in the kitchen.
