Luxury 2 bedroom flat central Worcester + parking
Description
The Elephant's Nest. Purpose built self catered accommodation for up to 5 people in the centre of historic Worcester. Free off road parking on the property included - unusual in the centre of town. 5 minutes walk from Foregate Street station, 8 minutes to High Street. Close to the Cathedral, museums, cricket ground, river Severn. Easy access to the M5. Great pubs and restaurants very close. A short drive to the Malverns and less than an hour to Stratford or Cheltenham. The space The Elephant's Nest is on Loves Grove which is a mainly residential quiet street. The property itself consists of two floors. The ground floor has the entrance hallway, main bedroom and the bathroom (with large walk-in shower, WC and sink). Tiled stairs lead to the first floor which has the kitchen, dining area, lounge area and a second bedroom with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. There is full and very efficient gas central heating via a combi boiler so hot water is always available. In the summer there is a portable air-conditioning unit to keep the building cool. Photos show the whole apartment. And don't worry about the upstairs door - it's bricked up on the inside! The stairs are open at the top, so if you have very young children you may consider bringing a stair gate as we currently don't have one. We can provide one but need about 2 weeks notice to get in place. We can also provide a cot and a booster seat, both on request. Guest access You will have sole access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We live in the main house which is next door to the property. We can assist with any issues you may have. Check in is via a key safe when you arrive. Check out can be up to 10:30am (Airbnb currently doesn't allow us to enter the extra 30 minutes). Please note that there is no outside space available with this property (apart from the parking space).
