Just Minutes from the highway is "Relaxation!"

Spacious open plan Paradise situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only 7 minutes to the Highway to Sydney or Newcastle. Close to Aldi, Coles, catch the local RSL Courtesy bus for a night out. The space Our house is an open plan in the shape of an "L" All bedrooms, bathroom, laundry are down one side and the rest of the house is an open spacious area. We have 3 steps up to the front door and a large sunken lounge room. Your room has a door lock for your privacy and security and keys available if you wish to lock the door and go out. Your bedroom is also the closest room to the bathroom for access and closest to the toilet if needed during the night. This is your own bathroom, not shared, however it is not an ensuite. Your room is also near the kitchen and we leave the stove range hood light on overnight so you also have dim light in case you need to get up in the middle of the night so you can see where you are going. Your bedroom has a double bed suitable for 2 people with 4 pillows supplied plus a blanket in case you get cold. NEW mattress on the bed purchased in October 2017. The bed also has a lambswool underlay for added softness for your comfort and good nights sleep. The room has 2 lots of double power points, more than enough for charging phones or electronic devices, plus a power board with an additional 4 outlets just in case you need more points for device charging. There is a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and draws as well as a set of 3 draws beside the bed. The room also has a desk and chair for your personal use. There is a TV and DVD player supplied in the room for you to be able to watch DVD's [TV service not available in the bedroom] We have limited DVD's for you to be able to watch. Ask if needed. You can hire DVD's for $2 a night at the local mall if you prefer. Your own personal FULL-SIZE fridge is also provided for use if required during your stay and we have a designated cupboard just for visitors so you can also store food items in the kitchen area in your own space/cupboard. We provide complimentary Tea/Coffee and Milk & Sugar on arrival in your personal fridge. Some people have special requirements. If you require something we have not mentioned, please ask. We may have what you need but forgotten to mention it, and it helps us to update our listing for others if we have more to offer you :) Guest access Guests have access to all main areas such as Lounge Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Patio. Laundry available if needed please ask. During your stay While you are here we are happy to help if you need, just ask us :) If you are new to the area and are looking for things like Tourist maps etc, please let us know well in advance and we will see if we can get some and have them here for when you arrive. We don't want to interfere with your stay so we rely on you asking or letting us know if you need something and we are happy to help where we can. We tend to keep mostly to ourselves and not interrupt your stay.
