Mobility Lease : Arts-et-Metiers metro station

Please read the description before booking. A mobility lease is regulated by French law. You can benefit from a mobility lease only if you are in one of the following situations: 1) Training at an approved Parisian training center (school in Paris, Parisian university, Parisian training center). 2) Professional: A company located in Paris or the Paris region. The space This studio with a sleeping area is located on the Right Bank, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the Marais Beaubourg district, just a few meters from the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg) and Rue Rambuteau, in a lively neighborhood close to shops. This apartment is less than 100 meters on foot from the Arts-et-Métiers metro station and 200 meters from the Rambuteau station. Within a 10-minute walk, you can admire Notre Dame Cathedral, Beaubourg, and the Arts-et-Métiers district. Rue Rambuteau is the main street in this neighborhood where Parisians love to shop. It features grocery stores, a butcher, fishmonger, wine merchants, fruit and vegetable shops, famous bakeries and pastry shops such as La Huré and Pain de Sucre, and the French master chocolatier François Pralus, the inventor of La Praluline (a brioche with a praline base eaten for breakfast). Guest access We do not accept arrivals on December 24, 25th and January 1st We welcome our guests on site from noon (12:00) to 8 pm. As soon as you leave the airport or the train station in Paris to go to the flat, please call or text to the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. There is an additional charge of €85 for all arrivals on site between 8 pm and 11 pm. We do not welcome guests after 11 pm. Other things to note This accommodation is only available for a mobility lease: from 1 month to 10 months non-renewable. WARNING !
