The apartment is 65 square meters, recently modernized and offers upscale comfort for 1-4 guests. The apartment is very quiet. Whether free fast Internet, a large bed or balcony, nothing is left to be desired here. Look forward to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The space Quartier 31 is located on the 1st floor overlooking the countryside. Due to the quiet location in a cul-de-sac, you can relax wonderfully. Public transportation is within 300 meters walking distance. By bike you are in approx. 10 minutes to the old town with pedestrian zone. Other shopping such as bakeries and supermarkets are close by. In 5 minutes you can reach the OLantis adventure pool and the SaunaWelt. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. Other things to note We have bicycles for you that you can use cheaply: 1 women's Dutch-style bike and a "manufacture" men's bike. The rental fee is €5 per bike per day.
