The Ramblers' Rest is a former pub. It is now wholly devoted to accommodation. We try to do things a little bit differently here and provide you with facilities to provide your own breakfast, although our neighbours are The Fox Tor Cafe who can knock up a fabulous breakfast. We have our own free car park and you are just minutes away from a walk on the moors. The space You have a variety of options for room configuration: * Twin Super Kings with 1 king sized bed (3 doubles) * 1 x super king with 2 singles + 2 smaller singles * 4 x full sized singles + king size The great thing with this room is that you can stay as a family, a couple of friends that want comfort or as a group. Guest access We have a free car park. There are 2 pubs in the village, which both do excellent food, a fish and chip shop and a couple of cafes. There is also a village post office and general store. To top it off, we are located opposite the Dartmoor National Park Visitor Centre, so there's loads of information on things to do in the area. Other things to note This accommodation has no catering facilities but we do provide you with tea/coffee and milk a fridge and a kettle.
