YOUR STAY : We are at an altitude of 7000 feet. having 3 cozy, wood-paneled cottages with attached bathrooms Spacious dining hall with in-house kitchen Bright rooms, semi-carpeted floors, glasswool insulated roofs Private balconies with sun-soaked views FOOD WITH HEART : We serve fresh, home-style meals with love (on advance notice). Breakfast : ₹300 per person. Lunch & Dinner: Veg ₹400 per person. Chicken dish ₹ 400 | Mutton dish ₹500 | Boneless Fish ₹700 per plate. All non Veg dishes are served with prior intimation only. TIMINGS : Breakfast: (8:30 am –10:00 AM) Lunch ( 1pm - 2.30 pm) Dinner ( 8.30 pm - 10 pm) Snacks and meals are served in the dining hall only and not in the rooms. UNIQUE EXPERIENCES: In early April, witness apple blossoms . The brief beauty of petals is really a sight to see. It carries a very subtle, soft ,sweet and floral scent. The light breeze helps odour molecules travel ! The sight is not only pleasing to the eye but also symbolises  new beginning and announces the commencement of Spring. Apples normally mature within 130- 150 days  after the full bloom stage, depending on the variety grown. One can see the apples grow in various sizes anytime from  end April till the harvesting season  which begins from Mid August and lasts till about the last week of September. You could witness the plucking of apples, grading and packing them in the boxes. Even buy fresh apples from our farm. Explore forest trails ( both long and short ones ) or unwind in the orchard Three machans to sip, sunbathe, or stargaze. The clear night skies are a delight for star gazing.  Bonfire & barbecue, with prior request, available at extra cost on DIY basis ( DO IT YOUR SELF). Bonfire @ ₹ 1000/- Barbeque Chicken or Paneer ₹ 700/- We provide marinated Chicken / paneer, barbeque with coal. The guests have to do the roasting part on their own. It's a wonderful experience, which is enjoyed by our guests. Play board games like, ludo, chess, tambola, scrabble, carrom etc for your enjoyment. A PLACE TO RECONNECT : Perfect for writers, artists, thinkers, nature-lovers, yogis, and anyone craving quiet. Locals grow apples and veggies with care—so we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful vibe (no loud music, especially at night). Place for families looking for rejuvenation and a surreal experience with luxury, this should be your holiday destination. People who intend staying in a peaceful and a pollution free place for longer durations are offered special discounts. NATURE ALL AROUND : From buzzing bees and fluttering butterflies to snow-draped winters, every season brings its own charm. Snowfall is common between December and February. FACILITIES: Parking inside the property. Solar fencing & CCTV for safety. The place is pretty cold in the winters and you could see snow fall anytime from December to end  February or even early March. Snowfall could be mild to heavy. In winters, the sun is available for a shorter duration ( 9am to 2.30 pm) at the property. Electric blankets, room heaters & hot water bottles in winters. No power backup yet, but we manage well ! Have a small genset which caters to basic electrical needs. All three cottages have solar water heaters  to provide hot water in the bathrooms. On cloudy days you could switch the electric geyser, installed in the bathrooms. Alternately, we provide hot water in buckets , just in case there is a power failure due to inclement weather. NEARBY ESSENTIALS : Village market 500m away: 35 - 40 shops with all dialy need stuff, bank, ATM, chemists, doctor, school & ayurvedic hospital. A FEW NOTES : Smoking & drinking inside rooms not allowed Pets not permitted (we have two dogs on site) Access road: 500m unpaved, motorable, stretch leading to our property. Indoor slippers provided—please leave outdoor shoes outside Discounts availabe for longer stays. We’re here to make you feel at home—quietly, naturally, beautifully. To the best of our abilities , we assure you of a comfortable and a homely stay with complete privacy. We believe, you go back home with lots of good memories, cherish them , share them with your near and dear ones  and remember us, in your prayers ! Guest access The guests have an access to the entire property. Needless to say, apple plucking or any damage to the apple trees must be avoided. During your stay I, along with my wife will be available at the property to take care of the guests. We also have a caretaker at the property. Other things to note The property is secure and is under CCTV surveillance Pets are not allowed. Doctor is available on call State Bank of India and an ATM is available at a walking distance Laundry services are provided on request (Chargeable) Taxi service is available on request (Chargeable) Accommodation ( subject to availability) and food is available for drivers, at an extra charge. We provide same food as served to our guests . However, we suggest they eat outside in the market. We expect our guests to keep the property clean and tidy ( at all times during their stay and at the time of check out.
