Entire place. In our renovated farmhouse with a modern and cocooning spirit, you can enjoy the space both indoors and outdoors. In summer, we are 25 minutes from Xonrupt Longemer for a swim in the beautiful lake, and in winter, 25 minutes from the ski slopes of Gérardmer! We love our home because living in the heart of nature makes us feel like we're on vacation every day! The space Entire place. Our house is isolated and spacious, it is ideal for a quiet stay, with family or friends, close to nature and 20 minutes from Gérardmer. If you wish, we offer access to the Intex Jaccuzzi Spa on our terrace, where you can relax in the middle of nature, for 150 euros per rental. The kitchen is open to the living room-dining room, it is fully equipped, Senseo coffee maker, and traditional ground coffee maker. A stove is always ready for a little flambé. Children can enjoy the wii in the playroom, toys and board games, with respect for the toys of our two boys aged 18 and 10 who agree to lend them:) We leave our outdoor games in the barn in summer, they are at your disposal! And in winter, we take out the sleds, if it snows, enjoy it, there is a nice descent in a field 150 meters above the house! Accessible only to an informed public. Ramp height: 3.50 meters. Other things to note * CLEANING: Housekeeping is not included, it is mandatory. It is charged 130 euros, to be left on the kitchen island when leaving. * INTEX JACCUZI SPA ON REQUEST Located on the outdoor terrace to enjoy nature. 100 euro per stay. * ALL OBJECTS AND FURNITURE MUST BE RETURNED TO THEIR ORIGINAL PLACE. The house is to be left tidy as you find it when you arrive (toys, cushions, indoor and outdoor furniture etc...) PRACTICAL: * The beds are made, one large bath towel is provided per person, 2 kitchen towels are provided. ANY OTHER LINEN CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED. * ANIMALS: We have 1 cat, Scouby, who lives outdoors. He is discreet and may not show himself.. :-) During our absence, we leave kibble in advance in the barn.
