It is a facility regularly authorized by the competent authorities. The owner, Anna, was born and raised here, like her father, like her grandfather. In the apartment the "MUSICIAN" was the kitchen, where she learned to love the flavors and smells of her land, the room where, on a night tormented by a snowstorm, she was born, and the living room where her father, every night, to make her sleep, played the piano for her. In the apartment the "WRITER" was the room where he slept, studied, dreamed of tomorrow, enchanting himself in front of spectacular sunsets and a countryside that, with the changing of the seasons, dressed in an infinite variety of greens. In the apartment the “POET”, there was the large attic where were placed abandoned objects and memories to be preserved. From the entrance of the common Holiday House to the 3 apartments, you go up to the first floor where it is “The Musician”. You enter directly into the spacious living room with a kitchenette. In addition to the essential and additional amenities listed, it is equipped with: Satellite TV, dishwasher, electric oven, electric broom, kettle, Italian and American coffee machines, grill pan, food rack, salad centrifuge, toaster. A large wardrobe and a wall cabinet contain everything you need to cook, and to live there even for long periods. The weekly kitchen linen includes 1 tablecloth, 6 placemats, 4 towels. The dining table, for 6 people, is further extendable. From a hallway you can access both the 1st Bathroom and the Room NO. 1 In the bathtub there is a hangers and a wall mirror. Don't be surprised if this mirror is a little wasted. It is very old and can be seen by putting a lit lighter in front of you or the flame of a match. In modern mirrors, the flame is reflected as it is in reality. In the very ancient ones, the reflected flame doubles with different colors. I made the choice to put this worn but antique mirror because all the family furniture that furnishes The Musician (except for a few things) are ancient (authentic) and I thought it was interesting to show how an old mirror reacted in reflecting a flame. Room # 1 is very large and bright. It has a double bed with double beds in 2 singles. The antique wooden headboards are made of Italian walnut inlaid by an expert craftsman. There is also a regular sized single bed with a modern wrought-iron headboard, and a spare folding bed. Room # 2 has windows that open to a typical narrow Tuscan alley. Italso has a double bed with double beds. The antique headboard is made of wrought-iron. The 2nd bathroom is inside the room. Each room has extra pillows that guests can choose according to their preferences. The windows of the rooms have mosquito nets. Both Bathrooms have storage shelves, hairdryer, and courtesy set. The soap provided is in Ph neutral and is hypoallergenic. For longer stays, the change of linen for the rooms and bathroom is weekly. Guests are given a package that includes the sheets necessary for the reconstruction of the beds and, for each guest, 1 bath towel, a towel and a bidet. In winter, the heating can be switched on, off and regulated from inside the apartment, via a thermostat. In the event of a power outage, the emergency lights will come on in the living room. Large water tanks and the autoclave guarantee the supply of drinking water if there is an interruption of the water service. ALL SYSTEMS ARE ENFORCED BY LAW. Guest access The MUSICIAN, together with the apartments "The Writer" and "The Poet" is located in the main street of the village. It is located on the first floor of the building. Nearby there is a public paid parking, but our customers will be given permission to park for free. Outside the village, but reachable both by car and with a short walk, there is the municipal swimming pool (for a fee) open in the summer. Other things to note From mid-June to mid-September, traffic on the main street of the country is suspended from 8 pm to midnight to allow restaurants and bars to set up outside, along the street. It is nice to enjoy the life of the community and walk. Every Tuesday, always from 20 to 24, if the weather permits, special activities are organized such as markets, concerts, classical music, jazz or disco, shows for children.
