A 5-minute walk from Saint-Roch train station and Place de la Comédie. The space Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, of a beautiful building, access by secure door (intercom, digicode) you will arrive in the main room: a large bright living room with sofa, TV, a dining table + 4 chairs with large bay windows, a Dyson reversible hot/cold fan. A hallway to serve a superb fully equipped kitchen (Delonghi coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, air fryer, American fridge etc...) a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and SVR cleaning products.
