Cosy seaside studio in the centre of Lytham

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available. The space There's a kitchen area with a table and two chairs, a sofa, a Smart TV and DVD player. Please note that the cutlery drawer is inside the top drawer and clearly labelled. Guest access There's a small bistro set in the corner of the garden which is for your use. Other things to note Please note that there is no oven, hob, washing machine or dishwasher. The ceilings are sloping so you need to be careful not to bang your head! Anyone over about 6'2'' may find it difficult to use the shower.
