Apartment three minutes from the metro

Our apartment is ideally located, on a quiet street 2 minutes' walk to the Mairie des Lilas metro station, in a neighborhood of pretty little family houses. The distant view is superb, especially at night. The space All in length, it consists of a large bathroom with double sink, then a large kitchen/living room, then the bedroom with two curtain openings, loft type. The apartment (40 m2) is refurbished and very comfortable, ideal for a couple. Breakfast in the sun is our favorite time. Guest access Located on the top floor of a small house-type building, you will have two floors to climb (no elevator) to access the apartment. Paid parking is available on the surrounding streets.
