Experience the joy of living together with your family or friends in a comfortable contemporary furnished flat in a historic Wilhelminian style building, located a quite friendly neighborhood, which is easy to get to from the airport and well connected with public transport to all the local attractions and excellent restaurants Graz has to offer. The apartment is ideal and fully equipped for group holidaymakers or small families who want to stay central in Graz, in the heart of Styria. The space The Apartment is contemporary 100 sqm in size on the 1st floor, with 3 seperate bedrooms on the same floor with very comfortable beds, the kitchen is modern and equipped with all the pots and pans you will need if you want to enjoy your fantastic home cooking. It has a good size living room and comfortable sofas for you to relax and enjoy a quiet time or catch some TV or Netflix and chill :) Kitchen and showers are equipped with hot and cold water and soap and shampoos. There is a washing machine in the apartment and drying is possible in the balcony on a dry day :) In the apartment, you will find the following: * A classical Tile oven * Fridge * Cooking utensils (pans, pots, etc.) * Kitchen towel * Dish washing liquid * Washing machine * Blow dryer * Iron * Ironing board * Fans (in the summer time) * Wi-fi * Towels * Linens * Shampoo * shower gel * toilet paper *There is no lift in the building The booking excludes the toursim tax of 2.5€ per night and person. Getting to the Apartment is easy By Taxi A taxi ride from the airport will take about 15min and will cost 20-25€. By Bus If you are arriving from the Airport there is a direct bus line 630 or 631 every hour to Jakominiplatz (city centre and main public transport transfer point) or a train / S-Bahn S5 to the main train station Graz (Hauptbahnhof Hbf) From Jakominplatz There is a bus line 31 in direction “Webling”or 32 in direction “Seiersberg” or 33 in direction “PeterRoseggerStrasse” or 40 in direction “Gösting”. For all buses please get off bus station “Elisabethinengasse” and walk into Ungergasse and left into Kindermanngasse. From the bus station it is a 2 minutes walk only. From main station you can walk 12-15 min or take the tram lines 1, 3, 6, 7 towards the city centre and get off at “Roseggerhaus”. You can walk 5min from there to the apartment or switch to bus line 40 towards “Jakominplatz” and get off after 1 station at “Elisabethinengasse”. By car If you come from the Autobahn A2 take the exit to A9 / Graz West. Entering in Webling round-a-about take “Kärtnerstrasse” towards the city center follow 2km and merge into Lazerettgasse. Then take a second left into Kindermanngasse. Guest access There is an automated check-in, details will be provided upon your arrival. Parking information: Left (South) of the apartment crossing the street “Josef-Huber-Gasse” the “Green-Parking-Zone” begins, where you can park long term for 9€ Per day. You have to pay at the coin machine marked with a green “P”. (Please avoid the blue zone, in front and right of the apartment, where parking is much more expensive and max. 3 hours). You can park for free a little further away, if you drive “Josef-Huber-Gasse” west and cross the “Eggenberger-Gürtel” you can find a free parking space if you are lucky. Night parking from 8pm to 9am, on weekends from 1pm Sat onwards, and on holidays street parking is free of charge. Alternatively, 5min walk away, there is a 24/7 secured parking for max. €30 fee per day (Tiefgarage Roseggerhaus).
