Guest access Guests have full private access to all areas of the house: One large area that serves as kitchen, living room and dining area, plus two bedrooms. There is also ample parking space in front of the building entrance, so you won't have any problems with parking space. If you have any special requests—like checking internet speed, need help with your luggage or need advice on planning your trip —just let us know. We want you to make the most of your stay at our place. Other things to note The attic is accessible via a staircase, and there is no lift available. You will have to climb 3 floors from the parking lot to reach the apartment. Greek Law (ΦΕΚ 1957/Β) requires us to ask guests to provide the following information after booking and before check-in: first & last name, address, passport number and ΑΦΜ (for greek guests only). A Climate Crisis Resilience fee of €0.50 per night (between November 1st and March 31st) or €2.00 per night (between April 1st and October 31st) applies to all bookings and is included in the price breakdown at checkout.
