Enjoy beautiful waterfront views right from your living areas! A short stroll and you will be dipping your toes in the ocean. Spectacular sunsets enjoyed after a day on the beach or touring local wineries. Throw in your bikes, there is a fantastic bike track directly opposite the house. Ride beside the beach or enjoy a short walk into town to visit coffee shops, the jetty or hotels. Pack the cricket set, footy or a frisbee and enjoy the large grassed area directly opposite the house. The space The property also includes an enclosed backyard, large rear pergola, gas BBQ and a washing machine. Other things to note Access is available to the property via coded key lock. A well behaved pet is welcome, additional pets must be discussed with management prior to your stay and pets must remain outdoors and be cleaned up after. Guests must not disturb the peace of the neighbours.
