Mountain Retreat | Sauna&Pool | 20min to Skilift

Our small but nice well-equipped two-bedroom apartment is the ideal base for a family mountain vacation (near Oberstdorf). Hiking trails start right outside the front door; the bus also stops there to get to the ski area for free in 20 minutes. The car can be left in its own private parking space. In the heated indoor swimming pool (25-27 °C) you can relax well after a day in the mountains. The sauna (€2 = 20 min. heat) is currently currently temporarily closed. The space Our relatively small apartment (3 rooms, 46 sqm, parquet floor) is ideal for families with children (crib without duvet and linen and high chair available). Also suitable for several adults with little space requirements. Living room with smart TV, HiFi Nubert soundbar, WiiM streamer and DVD player (plus CDs, DVDs) means no boredom in the apartment. Modern bathroom, was completely renovated in 2022. The small kitchen (space for max 1 person) is functionally well equipped (dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave with grill function, new fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, etc.). There is enough space for our cot in the bedroom with a wide double bed (180 x 200 cm, good mattresses). Linen is included in the price. Towels are generally to be brought by the guests themselves. Due to the location on the ground floor, strollers can be parked directly on the covered, furnished terraces (table, chairs/lounger with cushions). The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Bicycle racks are available on the premises. The digital Allgäu-Walser guest pass is also included in the price and gives free access to public transport throughout the Allgäu (Mobil Pass Allgäu), and also offers various local discounts. The bus stops are right in front of the complex. Guest access Flexible check-in via key box. Large private parking (opposite side of the street) is available. Loading and unloading in front of the house entrance is possible. Other things to note The swimming pool is closed from the 13th November to December 19, 2025. Towels are generally to be brought by the guests themselves. In the village, there is a farm shop (closed November to mid-December): butcher plus dairy products, eggs, some fruit/vegetables, etc.). Rolls and other breakfast items can be pre-ordered from the Semmeldienst Allgäu for delivery to the front door :).
