Condo in New Smyrna Beach

Our condo offers the best of both worlds - ocean across the street and aquatic preserve behind. Soak in the sun, ride the beach cruiser bikes (available for your use) or play in the water at beautiful New Smyrna Beach, just across the street. In the backyard, fish from the private dock or launch your kayak for a scenic ride through the mangrove waterways. (kayak rentals within 1 mile) When you return, dunk in the pool! The complex is small. You'll practically have the pool and dock to yourself! The space The space: • Comfortable living room with smart tv (ready for a night of binge-watching!) • Well-stocked kitchen (all the essentials for dining, plus Keurig and K-cups, hydro (French) press, electric kettle and barware) • Dining room (enough seating for 6) • Laundry (washer/dryer in unit) • Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, large closet (extra pillows), luggage rack • Bathroom 1: (directly across hall from Bedroom 1) Tub/Shower • Bedroom 2: Two full (double) beds, large walk-in closet (extra pillows), upholstered storage bench and luggage rack • Bathroom 2: (attached to Bedroom 2) Full-size shower with sliding doors and bench • Entry: Two beach cruiser bicycles (26") "parked" in the entry/living room (ready for your use!); beach towels, sunblock, bug spray, guest book (Don't forget to sign!) • Basket of Rainy-day activities (although we hope you won’t need to use them! Fingers crossed for sunshine during your stay!) Storage Closet: • Located just outside the front door • Stocked with everything you need for a fun day outdoors (rolling cooler, fishing poles, body surf boards (aka, boogie boards,) kites, folding wagon (to easily transport beach gear), beach chairs, beach mat, sand toys and more. Parking: • Free on-site parking • Additional, free on-site dedicated parking for trailers/boats (please inquire for trailer/boat max length restrictions) Location: • 17 Steps to the in-ground, pool • 110 steps to the private dock overlooking Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve • 10 Minute walk to gorgeous New Smyrna Beach, or 2 minute drive (1 mile) - $20 daily parking fee • 3.5 miles to Canaveral National Seashore (entry fee required) • 5 miles to quaint, but lively Flagler Ave for dining, shopping, bars and more beach! Guest access During your stay you'll have full use of the entire condo and can enjoy the condo's pool and private dock overlooking the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve - a prime spot for fishing and exploring via kayak! Parking is free and is first-come, first-serve (although we've never encountered not having an available parking space!) Other things to note Please note that the kayaks pictured in the aerial photos belong to the residents, however, there are several kayak rental facilities within 3 miles - and some of them offer free delivery!
