Mid City Apartments consists in 7 unique spaces located in a 400 years old historical building fully renovated in July 2019. The property is situated right in the city centre, in the middle of the main pedestrian walk-way Eroilor Boulevard, so all the bars, restaurants and shops can be reached within minutes. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in 7 rooms in the very heart of the city. The space This cosy room is located on the first floor of a historical building having a comfortable queen size bed and it's own bathroom. The room also features a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle, together with complimentary tea and coffee. We have recently added an AC unit to the room, to make your stay even more comfortable. Guest access You will have the room entirely to yourself, including a private bathroom and a balcony facing one of the city's main boulevards. Please note that the former kitchenette area in the lobby is no longer available, so this room does not include a kitchen or any cooking/dining facilities. During your stay I will provide some useful tips upon arriving at the property and will be available during your stay. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM Dear guests, please note that all accommodation structures in Romania are required by law to ask guests to fill in the ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM. After you reserve your stay at our property, we will send you a message with the online form, and we kindly ask you to provide accurate information, as all data in the form is mandatory by law. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the details at check-in. Please note that only the persons listed in the announcement form are allowed to be present in the apartment during the stay. CHILDREN Please note that our property is intended for adults only. We have designed our space with adults in mind, and certain aspects of our property may not be suitable for children, such as delicate decor or limited safety features. We kindly ask that all guests who book our property are 21 years or older. OTHER We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, one 12ml shower gel per person). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on the length of your stay and your personal consumption. In case of loss of the keys from the room or smoking inside the room, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
