Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL. The space You name it, this place is close to it. Eat, drink, shop, or whatever you wanna do - this place is close to it all. Guest access Everything in the lower level unit is private and all yours. Guests can also make themselves at home in all the shared spaces (porches/outside/basement). You’re welcome to the laundry area and gym in the basement, however there is a room in the basement to the right as you walk toward the washer and dryer that you should NEVER EVER GO IN AND DONT ASK ME ABOUT IT AND PRETEND IT DOESN’T EXIST.
