Les Trois Iles, 2-room apartment on the sea

Rated 4 stars, the two-room apartment was completely refurbished in 2019, it is south facing with sea views of Belle Ile and Houat. On the 1st floor of a luxury residence, it is 100 meters from the thalassotherapy and 20 meters from the beach located in front of the building. COVID-19: After each stay, the apartment is disinfected and can only be rented after 24 hours. The space The apartment includes a bedroom with its private bathroom equipped with a spa bath and toilet, a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, a living room with flat-screen TV, 4K Blue Ray player, HiFi chain, an open kitchen with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine with pods, a dining area with table for 6 people. Linens (tea towels, towels), sheets and bath linen (bath sheets, towels) are provided for all stays, regardless of their duration. The apartment has a parking space inside the residence. Bicycles can be stored in the basement of the building in a dedicated space. The balcony offers a rest area for sunbathing and a dining area. The large bay windows allow you to enjoy the spectacle offered by the sea and the islands of Belle-Ile and Houat. In July and August, the booking period is 5 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of these months, it is possible to stay from a minimum of 3 nights by choosing your check-in and check-out days. The cleaning must be done by our guests. We can put them in touch with our housekeeper if they wish to entrust her with the maintenance of the apartment during their stay. Guest access All the spaces of the apartment are available to our guests, with the exception of a closet in which we store personal belongings. Access to the private parking area is via Rue de Kerdonis perpendicular to Boulevard du Conguel. Other things to note The outdoor parking of the residence is suitable for any type of car. The spaces are not identified. A baby crib is available free of charge upon request. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Garbage cans must be taken down to the dedicated room located in the basement next to each elevator. Garbage cans must be sorted according to the residence rules displayed on a note next to the garbage cans.
