The bathroom is newly refurbished with a with high spec power shower, tiled floor to ceiling. There is also a travel cot & high chair. OUTSIDE Outside there are: Good sized patio with BBQ 4 directors chairs A big picnic table and benches ideal for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. There is a small driveway to the front of the property with parking for one car plus on-road parking for more. Other things to note Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking. Sorry, no pets. Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season. It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
