You will spend a pleasant stay in this bright and spacious apartment located near Place de la Bastille in Paris. Entirely equipped, you will have 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed at your disposal. Washing machine, ironing set and hair dryer are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. Other features to consider: - You’ll have two bedrooms at your disposal, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal.  Housing:  You'll appreciate my place for its comfort and its amenities.  The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 4th floor accessible by elevator.  To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A bright lounge: television, dining table for 4 persons, sofas, coffee table, bookshelves. - Fully equipped modern kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction plate, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils. - A friendly first bedroom: double bed, work desk, wardrobe with hangers. - A second cozy bedroom: bunk bed, wardrobe with hangers. - Modern bathroom: shower cabin, washbasin toilet, washing machine. The accommodation is managed by the Get a Key concierge, available 7 days a week (10am-8pm). In the apartment, all of our guests are supplied household linen, amenities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...) and one big towel per person, along with a hand towel and bath rug. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel room service. Every mid stay cleaning, refresh of towels/linen, restock of amenities, or delivery can be scheduled on demand at an extra fee. On your arrival, a personalized welcome is offered to you by a Get a Key agent, who will give you the keys and answer all your questions. *****An arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. is possible, for an additional fee of €30 to be paid to your greeter at check-in.***** Please share your check-in time one day before your arrival. In the event of a delay beyond the scheduled check-in time, your greeter will wait for the first 45 minutes only. After that, he will provide you with information on where to find him for key pickup and proceed with a self-check-in. Alternatively, if he is available, he may wait for an additional hour for an extra fee of €20, payable to him in cash. __________________________ Please note that this apartment is the primary residence of the owners. Therefore, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away –which allows travelers to stay in a genuine home environment. Owner are delighted to make their equipment available to you and to make room for you in the cupboards to organize your belongings. However, thank you for respecting their private affairs and not opening the closed cupboards/indicated as private. Other things to note We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.
