A spacious lounge with double bed and large leather sofa, chairs. HD TV & a Bose Bluetooth music speaker. The Studio is private and totally separate from the main house. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance. The space The Studio has WIFI and USB charge points built into the bedside lamps. The Queens Medical Centre is a 7-10 minute walk away. The Nottingham University Jubilee Campus is also a short walk away. The apartment is ideal for those visiting Nottingham on business or pleasure. Visit the Wollaton Hall and deer park which a very short walk from the Studio. Guest access A welcome pack is always in the kitchen with cereals and milk in the fridge. Tea and Coffee and sugar are provided with a kettle and mugs. A friendly local shop is located right next door. We are in a Village green type environment with trees and shrubs opposite the Studio.
