The space These are two luxury villas of 120.sq.m. detached making an ideal choice for friends and families who wish to holiday together and retain their own privacy. Each villa consists of: • the ground floor where are two bedrooms, either with two single beds or with a king-size double bed. Each bedroom have its own private bathroom. • In the 1st floor are: - fully equipped kitchen - living room with two double coach which each one of them can be converted in two single beds or in one double one, with regular bed mattresses -not pillows- - 40” satellite TV. - 3rd bathroom - fireplace - dining table & chairs, veranda table & chairs. Cooling and heating is covered by heating pumps & fan coils in every villa room. In the outdoor space of each villa, there is a private pool of 35 sq.m. approximately which is connected with a smaller round pool that can be used as a children’s pool. Furthermore table-tennis, sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs, portable barbeques are available. Parking space is available.
