Artistic, renovated, 1 bedroom located in Glendale, next to Atwater Village, minutes from downtown LA, Silverlake, Los Feliz and Hollywood. On a tree lined residential street, the courtyard itself is loaded with sun and large palm trees. The pictures provided are of all the units so guests are able to see that each cottage is unique, beautiful, tasteful, yet equal in size, amenities and quality. We place guests in units based on availability, length of stay, and date match. The space The Cottages LA in lower Glendale consists of many adorable cottages with a central courtyard. All the same size/amenities. They have become a boutique extended stay of sorts. We welcome a variety of mid and long term stays. Each cottage is "house like" with both a front and back door. Though there are some common walls, there is no one above or below. Hardwood floors throughout, 1920's style architecture that has been renovated with Design in mind. Great for singles, couples, business professionals, students, and tourists. Coin-op laundry on premises. The Kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, stove, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Each apartment comes with it's own full size ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Included is a large, flat screen TV which is equipped with a streaming media device and an HDTV antenna allowing you to access quite a many local channels. GREAT Wi-Fi! It even works in the courtyard. Guests will enjoy a Spanish style courtyard, with adorondack chairs, chaise lounges, tables and chairs. The parking is street parking or there are limited parking spaces available to rent separately. It is a quiet, neighborhood street so we have found our guests do not usually have a problem with parking. We maintain a smoke and vape free quiet environment. The on-site caretaker is there to ensure the space remains a quiet oasis. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets. We can't wait to meet you! Guest access Guests have full exclusive use of their unit and shared use of the common courtyard. Parking is on the street. There is a lot of public transport available near by.
