The space The villa is located on the Circeo promontory, and about 800 meters from the historic center and has an enchanting position, overlooking the sea. The villa has two independent entrances, one with an automatic gate, a stepped garden, a swimming pool with a bar corner, a bathroom and an outdoor shower, and a wellness center with a sea view (sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool). The pool is included. The wellness center is payable and is quoted separately. Spa: €80 per day. The garden, of about 3000 square meters, is made of steps in one of which the swimming pool with bar corner is located.
