Unit is facing the pool so you can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. Monteluce is a secure place to stay for you and your family. Unit has a Double Sized Bed and a Queen Sized Sofa Bed. The space You can enjoy the entire unit and have access to the swimming pool and playground. We provide linens, towels, and other toiletries. The unit is alao equipped with WiFi for internet access, TFC TV Plus and some board games for your entertainment. Unit has full kitchen so it is perfect for guests who wants to cook. To avoid overcrowding and protect the guests, the Condo management allows only 3 tenants to use the pool for free. For additional pool users, fees may apply. Parking is free. Guest access Guest can access the Pool and Playground free of charge. Parking is free as well Other things to note The building development is ongoing and Lift/Elevator is currently under works but our unit is on one of the storeys which are 90% complete. Guests need to access the unit at 2nd level through the stair case. NOTE: Due to recent Ash falls because of the Taal Situation, outdoor pool may not be available.
