The space The villa has an area of 300 sq.m ,on three floors and has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms and a bathroom on each floor. Two terraces overlooking the sea and Albena Resort. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults +2children. A brand new heated pool and parking for two cars are available to guests. Guest access From the villa to the beach, the distance is about 500m, and the central beach of Albena can be reached in about 20 minutes a pleasant walk along the beach/ descending stairs/. The beautiful Aqua Park in Albena is 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Balchik, Palace and Botanical Garden. Two grocery stores are just a few minutes' walk away.
